As a user of the software, you are a member of an organisation (or multiple organisation), and one or more projects.

In the main menu on the left, click on Members. Once on the Members page, click on the button at the top right of the screen to invite someone to join the organisation. In the form that appears, simply specify their email address, and select their role. Confirm by clicking on the Invite member button at the bottom right of the form.
Look for “Members” on the left menu to view all users in your organization.

Select the project where you want to add the user.

Look for “Settings” on the left menu.
Navigate to the second tab “Project Members”

On the top right of the page click the “Add members” button.
You will find all the organization members that are not yet part of the project

Choose the appropriate role from the list in the table above.

Save the changes by clicking the “Add member” button and verify the update.
